Retainer Model
The retainer model is perfect for a business that either needs to spread the cost of a project or has a longer term need.
For example you may need ongoing Lead Generation, Social Media, AI, CRM or SEO Support. These projects aren’t short-term, they typically will be ongoing over an agreed timeframe.
This model allows us to listen to your needs, create a shared plan and deliver in an agreed time frame (usually 3 - 12 months).
Typically Projects start from: £1000+VAT
Typical Projects include: LinkedIn Connecting, Social Media Posting, Lead Generation Campaigns, Email Marketing, SEO & Ranking on Page 1, Finding Target Audiences Plus so much more
Longer term, Low Monthly Fee
One Time Fix
The One Time Fix option is great for working on a challenge or replacement with your online marketing. You might want a new website, updates to a Brand, to rank on Page 1, it could be to optimise an area of your online marketing like conversion or click through.
Any task that you need help fixing in a shorter period of time (1 - 3 months) will be best here. We simply listen to your needs, produce a quote/ roadmap and on agreement deliver your project.
Typically Projects start from: £1000+VAT
Typical Projects Include: Website Builds, SEO, HubSpot or CRM Help, Lead Generation Campaigns, Influencer Marketing, Google, Local, Facebook Shop/ Ads, Plus so much more
Short Term, One Time Fee
Not all projects fit into the Retainer or One Time Fix Models, sometimes you may just require a small amount of hours or help with more simple tasks. If this is the case, let us know, we are always happy to help (or point you in the right direction).
We know that you might just need someone to take over the project, lock stock! We will do exactly that, giving you an instant marketing team covering all of the Big12…
We allocate our entire team to the project so you don’t have to worry about anything. We start with a discovery day where we learn about your business and gain access to the online platforms you currently own. We devise a plan and present to you to agree, then it’s hand brake off and let’s get your online marketing sorted. As above everything in our BIG12 is covered, so where needed, your business will be looked after in Website, CRM, Lead Generation, Social Media, SEO, Brand, Google, Local, AI, Test & Measure, Algorithms and Influencer Marketing PLUS have full access to our design team to produce online materials such as brochures, ads, content etc.
This is our most popular package as it either takes away the need to hire a marketing manager or supports your current marketing team (but with a whole team of experts). We really are an extension to your business at a fraction of hiring (as well as not having to paying Sick Days, Holidays, National Insurance, Pensions etc.).

Work Direct With Stuart
Working direct with the owner and founder Stuart Baddiley is a massive boost for any business that is serious about their Online Marketing growth, Stuart has worked in Online Marketing for over 10+ years, owned multiple businesses, had 50+ employee businesses and now spends time on helping great businesses like yours to be heard.
Stuart’s passion for helping as many businesses as possible is why Optimise Your Marketing is here and why we have great tools, processes and systems to use. Stuart’s time is rightly guarded, you will probably meet him on discovery calls, see him in certain projects and be able to follow him on Socials and Webinars. Stuart does from time to time take on projects that he knows he can be successful for, it’s what keeps him in the loop, keeps him updated and shows another success story.
Working with Stuart is typically £5000+VAT per month.
