Weekly Lead Generation Increase Of 500%

Brief

OYM were approached by Balance & Beam, Stoke to help with their future lead generation. Already established and 15 years old, they were looking to future proof their lead generation and bring in new lead funnels to take their business to the next level.

During the project and to help those objectives a new website, new brand, new CRM, local listings, socials and overall lead generation was looked at.

The successes of the project came from opening up the new lead funnels, adding local listings and posting regular consistent content. We were able to double the website traffic, double the social traffic and increase their leads by 133%.

  • Daily content posted on various platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Strategy includes services, brand building and feedback.

  • Strategies were put in place to improve the lead generation, which managed to perform at over 500% increase.

  • Using quality content, hashtags and targeting a good mix of engaging audiences we increased Balance & Beam’s social followings as well as their email subscribers.

  • Already an established business with plenty of members, we were able to increase not only the enquiries but with the right people who converted to members

  • A new brand update was given in 2023 and additional colour palette added helping future proof their services and reputation.

  • Built a HubSpot CRM to allow 24/7 visuals on enquiries.

  • Future proofing lead generation and SEO factors by adding in the local listings

  • Updated the previous brand to have more visual and colour impact unitl replacement in Spet 23. Used a consistency and easily recognisbale set of templates to market the business.

  • Committed and delivered 7 days a week of content posting, which brought a following and boosted the algorthims.

  • With more members comes more revenues, win/win all round.
