Brief

OYM were asked to help Aegis Engineering Systems in implementing a new CRM system. Being a very established and high growth company they found the need to upgrade to a more visual CRM.

OYM have worked with several members of the leadership team to build out in a bespoke way that works directly for them and each department.

After the foundations were built OYM were then able to build a report platform giving them all the key information at the push of a button.

  • "AEGIS Engineering Systems were looking to implement a CRM throughout 2022 as each team managed their own pipeline through spreadsheets. As a business there were numerous solutions and we did not know which would be correct for our business. Working with ‘Optimise Your Marketing’ (OYM) in February 2023 has allow us to select a package (HubSpot) that was suitable to our business requirements, based on our current and future needs. Stuart and the team listened to our requirements and working collaboratively we have customised HubSpot to our needs. As part of this journey, we have cleanse data and with the support of Stuart ensured a seamless import to minimise duplication for the end user."
